Neck and shoulder injury

"She was incredibly helpful. I'm a sporty person and play squash and I had a back problem at the time. Tracey pretty much fixed it over six or seven sessions. I made improvements from the first session. I had acupuncture, massage and cupping and it’s 100 percent helped me recover from my injury. I’d go back whenever a problem arises."

Fibromyalgia support

“She’s amazing. I have fibromyalgia and acupuncture helps me manage that. Tracey is very proficient but more than anything, what I needed was kindness. She is incredibly compassionate, kind and thoughtful and that’s precisely what I need to help me manage my pain and fatigue.”

— Fenella Jameson, St Martins
